I’ve been sucking at blogging lately, so I’m offering a nice warm cocktail to break the ice. You’ll be singing, “Ooh Kimosabe!”
Brew some plain black tea. In a separate glass, combine a spoonful or two of pomegranate molasses, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and about 2 oz of booze. I used Bols Genever (It’s kind of a cross between whiskey and gin.) Add your tea and some lemon garnish. If you like it sweet add sugar, honey, or more pomegranate molasses. Serve hot!
